The McPherson Area Residential Landlords Association (MARLA) meets quarterly on the second Thursday of the month. Meetings are held in the Alumni Dining Room on the campus of Central Christian College. During each meeting, a program is presented on a topic of interest to landlords. Membership dues are $50.00 per year which includes unlimited listings on the RentMcPherson.com website.

If you are already a paid member, you may click here to set up your Landlord Account on RentMcPherson.com. Once you have submitted the online registration form, you will receive an email from the webmaster that your account has been activated. At that time, you may begin listing your rental properties in your account. You may list all properties that you own whether or not they are currently available for rent. Those that are not available, you simply mark them as "Not Active" on the listing management page and they will not show up in the online database. When one of your properties becomes available, you can log in to your account and change that listing from "Not Active" to "Active" which will cause it to show up in the online database.
